Machine Heads / Tuning Pegs - Used for tuning individual
strings up or down in pitch.
Nut - Used to anchor the strings over the frets.
Strings - From left to right, or lowest to highest pitch.
Low E-A-D-G-B-High E

Just because you're holding your guitar doesn't mean that
you're playing it, and just because you're playing your guitar
doesn't mean that you're practicing. There is a real difference
and it needs to be acknowledged if you want to improve your
level of playing skill. Some people say they have spent the
entire day practicing their guitar when in reality, all they've

Most new guitar players and even some experienced ones have
trouble staying and playing in tune. I'll try listing here some
of the common mistakes and there solutions.
When putting new strings on your guitar you must always make
sure you stretch them as you tune them to pitch. I always hold
them down on the neck around the 24th fret with my left hand
while pulling them away from the guitar body with my right hand.

Every aspiring saxophonist has to master basic skills that are

Good Tone Production: This requires not only having a good reed,
mouthpiece and ligature, but also a good daily regimen of "long
